365 Freight USA is expanding fleet operations in the Eastern U.S. corridor (east of I-35) with a terminal in Rock Hill, SC. We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals seeking a reliable career with consistent miles, newer equipment, and predictable home time. Drivers receive 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking at the Rock Hill facility, and comprehensive benefits to support life on the road and at home.

• Compensation & Benefits
  • Guaranteed Income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week (approximately $92,000 annually).
  • Base Rate: $0.55 CPM for all miles, loaded and empty.
  • Accessorial Pay: $20/hour detention pay (after 2 hours), plus layover and breakdown compensation.
  • Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 (paid out over 3 months).

• The Route & Equipment
  • Predictable Schedule: Regional lanes serving locations east of I-35.
  • Home Time: Weekly home time with a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset based from the Rock Hill terminal.
  • Premium Trucks: Assigned 2025–2026 Freightliner/Kenworth tractors (strict no slip-seating policy).

• Qualifications & Requirements
  • License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
  • Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and active DOT Medical Card.
  • Experience — Experienced Route: Minimum of 3 months verifiable OTR or regional tractor-trailer experience.
  • Experience — Trainees (Entry-Level Route): Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to 6 weeks of paid on-the-job training is provided with a dedicated mentor, plus full tuition reimbursement up to $6,000.
