High‑Bay Reach Truck Material Movement Specialist

Step into a day on our warehouse floor

It’s 5:30 AM. You power up a reach truck, complete your safety check, and roll into high-bay aisles to pull the first orders of the day. Your RF handheld guides you to the right slots. You scan, pick, and stage pallets for outbound lanes. A rush order comes in—no problem. You swap to a cherry picker to grab a case from an upper tier, verify the load, and keep product flowing. By midday, you rotate to a turret truck to replenish locations, then confirm every Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) you use is safe and operable before your next task. Twelve hours go fast when you’re the reason everything moves on time.

Shifts (12-hour)

• Shift A1: Monday – Wednesday (every other Thursday), 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Shift A2: Thursday – Saturday (every other Wednesday), 5:30 AM – 6:00 PM

What you will do

• Operate multiple types of material handling equipment to move goods safely and efficiently.
• Run cherry picker, reach truck, turret truck, and dock truck as assigned.
• Locate, scan, load, and stage products for shipment with precision.
• Use RF handheld devices to document picks and maintain accurate inventory.
• Transfer materials between areas manually or with mechanical assistance.
• Verify all PIT equipment is safe and operable before use.
• Pitch in with additional warehouse tasks as needed.

What you bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse/material handling experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability working independently or on a team.
• Willing to submit to background and drug screening
• Flexibility to work overtime when assigned.
