Product Marketer

About the Role

A fast-growing enterprise AI SaaS platform is looking for a Product Marketer to sit between product and market — translating frequent releases into clear positioning, compelling stories, and sales-ready materials. This role is central to shaping how customers and prospects understand the platform's capabilities as the product and category evolve. You'll work closely with product, sales, customer success, and design in a high-ownership, cross-functional environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own go-to-market plans for every meaningful product release and execute them across the right channels.
  • Turn product releases into compelling narratives that explain why new features matter to buyers.
  • Develop and maintain positioning that differentiates the product for different buyer personas and markets (e.g., enterprise IT leaders vs. AI leads).
  • Create clear product content: comparison pages, capability overviews, one-pagers, and campaign explainers.
  • Work directly with customers, support tickets, and sales calls to surface what users value and translate it into messaging.
  • Enable sales and customer success teams with framing, materials, and answers to difficult product questions.
  • Help define category positioning for enterprise AI as the market and product evolve.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 3+ years in product marketing, with a track record of delivering end-to-end go-to-market for software features or products.
  • Demonstrated ability to own and execute launches across multiple channels — planning, messaging, and activation.
  • Excellent writing skills with a focus on clarity over cleverness; ability to explain technical products simply to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable participating in product reviews and engaging with engineering without needing to be a developer.
  • Habit of conducting customer research — conversations, support tickets, sales calls — and translating findings into marketing assets.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, design, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Ownership mindset: bias to drive problems end-to-end rather than waiting for a brief.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience using AI tools for research, drafting, and content synthesis as part of your regular workflow.
  • Familiarity targeting or marketing to German enterprise IT buyers or the German Mittelstand market.
  • Willingness to appear on camera or participate in public-facing demos and presentations.

The Opportunity

This is an early, high-impact product marketing role at a Seed-funded enterprise AI platform that is scaling rapidly across European markets. The company is security-first, model-agnostic, and focused on enabling large organizations to adopt AI safely. You'll have real ownership over category narrative and positioning at an exciting stage of growth.

Location

This role is based on-site in Berlin, Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available — candidates must already have the right to work in Germany.
