Dental Hygienist - Eatontown, NJ

i4 Dental Lab is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join a patient-focused dental team in Eatontown, NJ. This full-time, on-site position offers the chance to deliver gentle, thorough preventive care in a supportive, collaborative practice where clinical quality and patient relationships come first.

Performance Objectives

• Perform thorough prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance for adult and pediatric patients
• Take and review dental radiographs safely and accurately
• Provide clear patient education on oral hygiene, home care and preventive treatment
• Record accurate, timely charting, including periodontal findings and treatment notes
• Partner with dentists and dental assistants to support diagnosis and treatment planning
• Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times

Essential Qualifications

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) with an active New Jersey license
• Current CPR certification
• Local anesthesia permit is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to gentle, patient-centered care
