Step into a day as our Precision Welder–Fabricator

From the first spark to the final inspection, you’ll transform blueprints into finished metal components and assemblies. You’ll work hands-on with MIG, TIG, and stick processes, cutting and forming metal to exact specifications while upholding strict safety and quality standards.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour

This is a 1st shift, Monday–Friday role starting at $22-25/hr.

What you’ll handle

• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan accurate builds
• Cut, weld, form, and assemble metal parts using fabrication tools and machinery
• Verify quality, tolerances, and accuracy of completed work
• Safely operate and maintain shop equipment and welding gear
• Coordinate with teammates to hit milestones and deadlines

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
• Hands-on experience in metal fabrication and welding
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Ability to read blueprints and confidently run fabrication equipment
• Welding certification (AWS/ASME) preferred

Physical demands

• Lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
• Comfort working in an industrial shop environment
