Transwest Mobile, a division of Naumann Hobbs, is looking for a dependable, organized Office & Sales Administrator to join our Salt Lake City team. This position supports the day-to-day operations of our local branch — keeping the office running smoothly while providing administrative support to our service and sales teams.
What You'll Be Doing: This is a general administrative role with variety. Responsibilities will include data entry, document management, correspondence, scheduling support, and assisting the team with day-to-day office needs. Prior industry experience is not required — if you're organized, tech-comfortable, and take ownership of your work, we'll train you on the rest.
