Production Fulfillment Technician

Role snapshot: First shift, hands-on work in a fast-moving warehouse/production setting where you help assemble, package, move, and prepare orders with precision and care.

• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
• Pay: $18.00/hr

A day in the role

Your morning starts at 6:00 AM with production priorities in hand. You rotate between assembling and labeling product, staging materials for the line, and preparing outgoing orders. Throughout the day, you keep work cells tidy, complete simple documentation, and verify quality before anything leaves your station. When a truck arrives, you help load or unload, move items to the right location, and keep inventory organized and counted accurately.

What you’ll handle

• General warehouse and light production tasks as assigned
• Assembly, packaging, labeling, and visual inspections following work instructions
• Loading/unloading; moving and organizing parts, materials, and finished goods
• Counting, sorting, and organizing inventory and production supplies
• Operating basic hand tools and simple equipment
• Accurately completing production and shipping paperwork
• Checking finished items for quality and reporting issues
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe workspace
• Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Meeting daily production goals and attendance expectations
• Collaborating with the team while working independently when needed

What helps you succeed

• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, or assembly (preferred)
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail with basic math and measurement skills
• Good hand dexterity; comfortable with repetitive tasks
• Stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift during the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Comfort working in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality standards
