Revere Staffing Partners is hiring an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity with our manufacturing client in Milford, CT!
Position Details:
Location: Milford, CT
Pay: Up to $20/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Some Saturdays required as needed
Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Job Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor SMT production equipment
Assist with electronic component placement and PCB assembly
Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
Follow production instructions and safety procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Previous SMT or electronics manufacturing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Dependable with a strong work ethic
