Role highlights
Diagnose and repair major home appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves) in customers’ homes with speed and precision.

Compensation & benefits
Hourly base: $18–$30, based on experience, certifications, and location.

What you bring
High school diploma or GED.
Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with test equipment and repair tools; prior appliance repair experience preferred.
Process-driven mindset and quality workmanship.
Comfort using a smartphone for tasks such as ordering parts.
Valid state driver’s license and ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
Willingness to travel up to 100% and work variable hours with required overtime.
Clear communication skills; able to read, write, and speak English and interpret technical documentation.
Physical demands
Constantly lift/carry/push/pull up to 20 lbs; frequently up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
Constant reach outward, handle/finger objects, stand, walk, sit, and type.
