Role Information

For an international customer support operation, our client is recruiting Dutch-speaking Customer Service Agents. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to work remotely while being based in Greece and includes a paid relocation package to support the move.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in Dutch via phone, email, and digital support channels

  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding services or products

  • Resolve customer requests by following established procedures

  • Register customer interactions and outcomes in internal systems

  • Work in line with quality standards and performance targets

  • Refer complex or unresolved cases to the appropriate support level

Profile Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch, both spoken and written

  • Good working knowledge of English (level B2)

  • No previous customer service experience required; training is provided

  • Confident user of computers and digital tools

  • Clear communication style and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Willingness to relocate and live in Greece
