Sales Development Representative – DACH

Join a fast-growing AI-powered SaaS platform serving the construction industry as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the DACH region. You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, helping construction sales teams discover how AI-driven project intelligence can transform their pipeline and revenue outcomes. What You'll Do

  • Proactively identify and engage prospects that match the ideal customer profile across the DACH market
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule discovery calls for the Account Executive team
  • Manage and maintain accurate pipeline data in the CRM (HubSpot)
  • Articulate the value of an AI-powered revenue engineering platform to construction industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams
  • Contribute to refining outreach messaging and prospecting strategies for the DACH region

What We're Looking For

  • Required: Fluent German (C1/C2) and business-level English proficiency
  • 0–2 years of experience in a direct sales, SDR, or outbound prospecting role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce for pipeline management
  • Proven ability to conduct cold outreach and qualify prospects effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Based in Germany (Munich, Berlin, or Hamburg) or willing to relocate

Nice to have: Familiarity with sales engagement or intelligence platforms (e.g. Apollo.io, Outreach, Clay, or similar tools); background or interest in construction, real estate, or proptech.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $45,000 – $60,000 USD annually (or local equivalent)
  • Visa sponsorship available
  • Opportunity to grow within a scaling sales organisation targeting DACH, UK, US, and Canada markets

Location

This is a hybrid role based in Munich, Germany. Candidates in Berlin or Hamburg, or those willing to relocate within Germany, will also be considered. Proximity to DACH customers is important for this position.
