Class A Western Regional Truck Driver - CDL Graduates OK

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for Western regional routes. New CDL graduates are encouraged to apply. This position offers a structured OTR trainer program, predictable lanes, company‑maintained equipment, and comprehensive benefits.

Training, schedule and equipment

  • OTR trainer program for drivers with under 6 months’ experience; trainees ride with a trainer until qualified to run solo (typically 4–6 weeks).
  • One‑day paid orientation at the nearest terminal.
  • Routes run all states west of the Mississippi; drivers must be available for day or night shifts.
  • Bi‑weekly home time with at least a 34‑hour reset; average weekly mileage approximately 2,300 miles.
  • Company‑maintained 53' dry vans; majority drop‑and‑hook operations for predictable workflow.

Compensation and benefits

  • $1,000–$1,200 per week (varies by miles and experience).
  • Per‑mile pay after training: $0.43–$0.57 (sliding scale based on experience).
  • Experienced drivers: $0.50–$0.71 per mile (depending on years of experience).
  • Trainee pay: $680 per week for approximately 4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience.
  • Monthly performance/safety bonus: up to $0.06 per mile (eligibility criteria apply).
  • Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k) and paid time off.

Minimum requirements

  • Minimum age 21 and valid Class A CDL.
  • Graduate of an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of formal training.
  • Fairly clean driving record: no major accidents, major tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years.
  • No DUI convictions within the past 5 years.
  • Not terminated from the most recent job for safety‑related reasons.
  • Documented work history covering the past 10 years with limited gaps: at minimum, six months of employment within the last year and at least one year of employment within the last three years.
  • Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening and required background and criminal history checks.

  • Candidates are evaluated on driving history, employment verification, background screening, and a demonstrated commitment to safety and professionalism.
  • New graduates are welcome and will be supported through the structured trainer program.
