Founder's Associate (GTM/Sales)

About the Role

A fast-growing, early-stage B2B SaaS startup in the AI customer support space is looking for a Founder's Associate (GTM/Sales) based in Munich. You'll work directly alongside the CEO to build and execute go-to-market strategy, run outbound campaigns, and drive early commercial traction. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you'll help shape how the company scales using AI-native processes.

What You'll Do

• Lead frontline outreach — craft outbound campaigns, generate lead lists, and reach out via email, LinkedIn, and calls to book discovery calls.
• Qualify high-potential leads and guide them through the trial experience.
• Lead and participate in discovery calls, establishing clear communication channels with prospects.
• Take ownership of new growth channels and experiment with what works.
• Track every pipeline step meticulously and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Leverage AI tools across all responsibilities and help build AI-native internal processes.

What We're Looking For

• Native-level German fluency — this is a strict requirement.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools and outbound sales workflows, including pipeline tracking and reporting.
• Proven experience developing and executing GTM strategies in a startup environment.
• Experience crafting outbound campaigns and running outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Comfortable and enthusiastic about using AI/LLMs in day-to-day work.
• Strong ownership mindset — you thrive in small, highly accountable teams.
• Located in Munich, Germany, or willing to relocate; on-site presence is required.
• Ability to demonstrate impressive results from past roles or side projects.

Nice to Have

• Background in B2B SaaS, AI, or technical support tooling.
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Jira, or Slack in a sales/GTM context.
• Experience at a startup in the AI or customer support software space.

Location

Munich, Germany — on-site only. Candidates must be based in Munich or willing to relocate. Visa sponsorship is not available.
