Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

You have earned your CDL and are ready to gain the experience that builds a career. We are recruiting CDL school graduates for positions based in Bridgeport, CT, within our expanding Eastern/Northeast operations. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, build confidence on the road, and begin earning without delay.

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800+ weekly
• Paid every Friday

Position overview:

• Predictable regional routes serving Connecticut and surrounding states in the Northeast
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Majority of loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks
• Assigned equipment for each driver; no slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support

Home time options:

• Home weekly
• Home every other week

Training program:

• Paid training available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Work with an experienced mentor, focus on safe driving practices, and gain the on-road experience needed to advance

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and company hiring requirements
• Positions available for candidates ready to start as soon as possible
