PICKER

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications.
• Ensure that all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the picking area.
• Utilize handheld scanners and other equipment to track inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in inventory counts and restocking as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
