The Role: Senior Brand Associate
Reporting to a Brand Manager, you’ll support a series of brands. This role will be great for an action driven, detail oriented individual who understands the Amazon ecosystem and e-commerce, but also is motivated to grow into a more senior role in the future with us.
Responsibilities:
Analyze your ASIN level data (sales, conversion rate, sessions, costs, etc.) to determine why certain products are trending up or down; be able to communicate these observations and to help research and troubleshoot accordingly
Handle cases with seller support, in addition to other administrative tasks which will include managing paperwork and document requests(VAT filing, etc.)
Work on understanding the Amazon and product ecosystem, and support the monitoring of your competitor and industry landscape
Keep up to date on Amazon marketplace rule changes
Maintain product listings, which will include knowing how to use listings templates, manage product variations, and upload listing updates.
Possess the analytical ability to download and assemble excel based reports to report on and monitor product changes and their performance.
Plan, execute, and optimize SEO strategy for Amazon Sponsored Ads campaigns, including keyword research, budgeting, and reporting
Manage and launch products in international marketplaces, including CA, UK, and EU
Work with the Brand Manager on various aspects of Amazon store operations such as product listing and pricing set up, coupons and deals, customer support, and compliance handling.
Work with the Brand Manager & cross-functional departments to develop assets required for listing optimization, storefront, Shopify, and others where it fits.
Work with the Brand Manager & cross-functional departments on new product development and existing product optimization.
Job requirements:
1-3 years of eCommerce experience, with preferably at least 1 year of hands-on experience with the Amazon marketplace platform (Seller Central).
An intermediate level knowledge of Excel is preferred
Ability to work well within a cross-cultural team environment and across different timezones
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,a high level of organization, and A strong attention to detail
