In this role, you will:

• Set up and calibrate production machinery against defined specifications and quality requirements.
• Perform scheduled upkeep and corrective repairs to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults swiftly to maintain smooth operations.
• Log performance data and maintenance activities with thorough detail.
• Work closely with production teams to elevate efficiency and output.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory standards without compromise.
• Support training for new operators on safe, effective machine use and care.

You’ll be successful here if you have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in machine setup, maintenance, or related roles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and resourceful problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and apply technical manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing safety practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
