What You'll Tackle

• Commission and configure a variety of equipment and machinery to exact specifications.
• Perform rigorous testing, verification, and troubleshooting to achieve optimal runtime and quality.
• Partner with teammates to quickly isolate and resolve setup-related issues.
• Document setup steps, parameters, and equipment status with accuracy and clarity.
• Help onboard and mentor new team members on procedures, standards, and best practices.
• Uphold safety protocols and keep the workspace orderly, clean, and audit-ready.
• Support active production runs with timely adjustments and changeovers as needed.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a setup/commissioning technician or similar role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical curiosity.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, prints, and schematics.
• Sharp problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
