About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled Dental Laboratory Ceramist to join our team. You will craft high-quality, beautiful, and functional dental restorations like crowns and bridges based on dentist prescriptions.What You Will Do

• Read and follow dentist work orders and prescriptions.
• Build, shape, and finish crowns, bridges, and inlays.
• Match shades, apply stains and glazes, and polish restorations.
• Check the fit, bite (occlusion), and contacts before finishing cases.
• Meet lab deadlines and quality standards.
• Communicate with team members about case details.
• Keep your workspace clean and follow safety rules.
• Learn new techniques and materials as the lab grows.

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Formal dental technology training or hands-on lab experience.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong attention to detail and artistic skill.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
