What you will do

  • Own CNC operations end-to-end: machine setup, fixturing, tool building, and efficient production for turning and 3- and 5-axis vertical/horizontal milling.
  • Machine components to precise tolerances using drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and safety procedures.
  • Follow Quality Management System procedures, instructions, and forms with rigor.
  • Adhere to process routing documents; perform inspections and clearly record results as required.
  • Complete daily preventive maintenance and leave a clean, organized work area at shift end.

What you bring

  • Hands-on precision CNC machining across materials (metals, alloys, plastics, composites, etc.).
  • Milling: 3-axis proficiency required; 3+2, 4-axis horizontal, and 5-axis experience preferred.
  • Turning: mill-turn exposure preferred.
  • Apprenticeship or associate’s degree preferred (not required).
  • Ability to interpret drawings, BOMs, and work instructions/aids.
  • Strong math and technical fundamentals: algebra, geometry, decimals, fractions, measurements, and the associated tools.
