Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc.is hiring forProduction General Labor / Manufacturing Associatepositions inBolingbrook, IL.
These arefull-time, temp-to-hire opportunitieswith a growing manufacturing company. We are looking for dependable candidates who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and want steady hours with opportunities for additional overtime.
Positions may include production support, catching/feeding, palletizing, shredding, material handling, and other general manufacturing duties.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with general production and manufacturing operations.
- Feed, catch, stack, sort, and package finished products.
- Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare finished materials.
- Move and stage materials throughout the production area.
- Inspect products for obvious defects or quality concerns.
- Remove scrap and non-conforming materials from production areas.
- Assist machine operators and production teams as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures andGMP / Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, housekeeping, and quality requirements.
- Perform repetitive production duties while standing for extended periods.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
- Perform other production duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
- Must be dependable and able to maintain good attendance.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be willing to followGMP, food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety procedures.
- Must be able to understand work instructions and safety directions.
- Must be available to work12-hour shifts and Saturdays when required.

Schedule:
- Typical 12-hour shifts are5:00 AM - 5:00 PMand5:00 PM - 5:00 AM.
- Shift times may vary or be somewhat flexible depending on the department and production needs.
- Saturday availability is required based on production needs.
- Overtime opportunities are available based on production demand.
- New hires may be required to train on 1st shift for approximately 1-2 weeks before moving to their regular assigned shift.
