Plant Maintenance Specialist — Bakery Automation & Utilities

Are You the Go-To Problem Solver at 2 AM?

Picture this: a packaging line flags a fault at 2:07 AM. You scan the HMI, isolate a sensor issue, verify with a meter, swap a worn belt before it escalates, and the line is back in minutes. If that sounds like your kind of challenge, you’ll thrive here. Pro Services is hiring directly for a high-speed bakery in Plymouth, MI — a place where teamwork, pace, and precision matter.

Your Mission

  • Wire motors; maintain and troubleshoot VFDs, three-phase drives, sensors, and digital/analog I/O.
