Junior Commercial Driver's License Truck Driver

Based in Chesapeake, VA, we are seeking CDL school graduates to join our expanding fleet serving the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions. Our paid training program is designed for new drivers who want to learn from experienced mentors, gain confidence on the road, and begin earning promptly.

• $1,600–$1,800+ weekly

Position overview

• Predictable regional routes operating from Chesapeake, VA
• Approximately 3,000 miles per week
• No-touch dry van freight
• Most loads are drop-and-hook
• Brand-new automatic trucks, fully loaded and assigned to each driver
• No slip seating
• 24/7 dispatch support
• Home time options: home weekly or home every other week

Training program

• Paid training is available for drivers who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Participants are paired with a mentor, focus on safe driving practices, and gain practical experience to advance their careers

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL school instruction
• Satisfactory driving record
• Must meet DOT and hiring requirements
• Availability to start as soon as possible
