You arrive for shift kickoff, review the inbound schedule, and help guide a truck into the dock. With your team, you unload pallets, confirm counts against the manifest, and spot-check products for quality. Barcodes are scanned, items are staged, and you move seamlessly from receiving to stocking so inventory is where it needs to be—when it needs to be there.
As orders drop, you pivot to picking: locating items quickly, verifying accuracy, and packing securely for shipment. You operate forklifts and other equipment with a safety-first mindset, keep aisles clear, and tidy your station throughout the day. Before wrap-up, you assist with cycle counts to keep inventory records precise.
This role moves quickly. You’ll manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines while communicating clearly with teammates. Expect extended periods of standing and exposure to varying environmental conditions. A team-first attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
