A day in this role

• Publish and optimize job postings across platforms, including ZipRecruiter and Indeed, while managing listings on additional recruiting sites.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified applicants, ensuring a professional, candidate-friendly experience.
• Coordinate interview logistics, confirm schedules, and manage timely follow-ups.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with candidates from first contact to decision.
• Track hiring activity and keep accurate, up-to-date candidate records.
• Partner closely with leadership to understand immediate and upcoming staffing needs.
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture and contribute to daily department goals.
