Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Screen Printing Press Operator to join the production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on apparel and promotional items.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor screen printing presses
- Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs
- Ensure proper alignment, color matching, and print quality
- Inspect finished products for defects and consistency
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Follow work orders and production schedules to meet deadlines
- Troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous screen printing or manufacturing experience required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25-50 lbs
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
