A day in the life

You start your morning on the floor at our Sedalia plant, greeting technicians and reviewing overnight quality KPIs. A quick Gemba walk reveals an opportunity to tighten sampling on a new aluminum building wire run; you coach a tech using the See–Do–Teach method, reinforcing standards and capturing a corrective action. Later, you meet with the North American I&C Regional Quality Manager to align on customer feedback and audit readiness. The afternoon brings a system audit checkpoint on our ISO 9001 QMS, followed by a call with a customer to discuss application nuances and compliance to ASTM, UL, and ICEA. You wrap up by approving an updated inspection and training plan and verifying the effectiveness of recent CAPAs.
