Your impact

• Stand up and optimize end-to-end QA processes that prevent defects before they start.
• Lead scheduled audits and targeted inspections to ensure compliance to internal standards and ISO 9001.

• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving, driving corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Deliver timely, visual quality dashboards and briefings to leadership.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years in a quality engineering or similar manufacturing quality role.
• Deep familiarity with quality tools and structured problem solving.
• Strong statistics foundation to support process monitoring and improvement.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions.
