You review the overnight log, connect your gauges and meter, and bring a system back to peak efficiency before most people finish their first coffee. What Youll Handle

  • Own preventive service on a variety of chiller systems to keep them running efficiently and reliably.
  • Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration subsystems using meters, gauges, and OEM tools.
  • Install, commission, or retrofit chiller equipment and related components when projects call for it.
  • Audit system performance, document findings, and deliver clear recommendations to clients.
  • Partner with teammates to plan work, solve complex problems, and close out projects effectively.
  • Complete accurate work orders and service records for all calls, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Work safely every time, including strict adherence to LOTO and all applicable safety protocols.
  • Communicate clearly with customers about issues, timelines, and next steps, providing a great service experience.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training/certification preferred.
  • Hands-on experience servicing chillers (centrifugal, screw, or scroll) within commercial/industrial HVAC.
  • Solid grasp of HVAC fundamentals, refrigeration cycles, controls, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and OEM manuals and apply them in the field.
  • Sharp troubleshooting instincts and attention to detail.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Clear communicator and collaborative teammate.
  • Flexibility for variable hours and participating in an on-call rotation as needed.
