Position based in Gulfport, MS. Start your driving career with a role designed for recent Class A CDL holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed Class A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You will ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1,600–$1,800 weekly with full benefits.

  • What you'll be doing
    • Complete a paid 4–6 week mentor training period that covers daily driving routines, hands-on learning with an experienced driver, and preparation for solo operations.
    • Ride with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning load management, securement, and safe handling procedures.
    • Adhere to safe driving practices, perform required vehicle and pre-trip/post-trip checks, and develop professional habits for long-haul operations.
    • Gain practical experience with trip planning, communication, and operational decision-making as you progress from recent graduate to independent driver.
