We build quality into every component we ship. As a Precision CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator, you’ll be a key contributor in our advanced shop, producing parts to exacting standards while partnering with a collaborative crew that values efficiency and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

  • Create, edit, and optimize programs for CNC lathes; complete setups and run parts to spec.
  • Interpret blueprints/technical drawings to define tooling, workholding, and machining paths.
  • Monitor operations, adjust offsets, and fine-tune parameters to sustain quality output.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
  • Verify part accuracy and surface finish using precision measurement tools.
  • Collaborate across the team to improve processes, reduce waste, and boost throughput.
  • Keep your station organized and safe to maximize productivity.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent; machining certificates or a technical degree are a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in CNC turning roles (lathe setup, programming, operation).
  • Ability to read/interpret prints and specifications with confidence.
  • Strong command of CNC programming concepts and machine operation.
  • Comfort with calipers, micrometers, and other precision gaging.
  • Detail orientation and practical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and in a fast-paced team setting.
