Technical Recruiter

About the Role

A well-funded B2B fintech platform — powering brokerage-as-a-service infrastructure for global banks, fintechs, and consumer brands — is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to own and scale engineering and product hiring. You will partner closely with engineering and product leadership to build a disciplined, high-quality hiring process and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Success is measured by quality of hire, time-to-fill, stakeholder partnership, and proactive talent planning.

What You'll Do

  • Source and hire experienced technical talent across trading, brokerage, clearing, and market infrastructure domains.
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and pipeline development to offer negotiation and close.
  • Identify market trends and provide data-driven insights to hiring partners using ATS analytics.
  • Build consultative relationships with cross-functional teams to deeply understand their hiring goals and team dynamics.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to develop effective candidate assessment frameworks and structured interview loops.
  • Facilitate calibration discussions and drive alignment on hiring decisions.
  • Prepare and present competitive offer packets; lead negotiations to close top talent.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on Engineering and Technical roles — required.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify and engage passive engineering talent — required.
  • Experience recruiting within the financial services or fintech industry — required.
  • Strong command of end-to-end recruitment processes with the ability to manage multiple hiring tracks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in HR, business, social sciences, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with an ATS; experience with Greenhouse strongly preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable using ATS analytics to optimize time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $150,000 – $175,000 USD annually
  • Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY. Candidates should expect to be in-office on a regular basis.
