Job Description: As a Plumbing Service Consultant, you will diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. Focus on Service, Not Selling!
Shift(s): Mon - Fri, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
Complete all calls efficiently, troubleshoot malfunctions, and educate customers
Meet and exceed key performance requirements
Deliver quality workmanship (possess the necessary tools to do the job)
Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings
Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
Follow our service system and educate the customer on products and services
Perform physical activity in various climate conditions
2-5 years of proven residential electrical experience with the desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today
Knowledge of local electric codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications
Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
Valid Driver's License
Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting, sitting and lifting
Must be able to speak English and audibly hear to communicate
Must be able to use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull objects, materials, controls, and tools
Must be able to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
Must be able to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off of platforms/scaffolding (using the appropriate fall protection requirements)
Must be able to work in all weather conditions (including heat, rain, cold, and wind) while wearing appropriate PPE
