Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered ground support equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergencies.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree in diesel mechanics preferred.
• Proven experience as a diesel mechanic, preferably in a GSE or aviation environment.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
