- Handle heavy materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of production data and machine performance.
- Assist in training new operators on equipment setup and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
- Strong equipment troubleshooting skills with a focus on mechanical systems.
- Experience in heavy material handling and safety practices.
- Ability to perform machine setups for various production runs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
