Your impact

• Assemble components with hand tools and bench-top pneumatic presses while achieving or surpassing output targets.
• Inspect micro-components during processing; alert your Team Lead to part, equipment, or process issues.
• Operate production equipment and follow Shop Practices: proper gowning, PPE, and standard work.
• Record quality activities, including accurate DHR completion and ongoing Process Monitoring.
• Keep the Hour by Hour Board current; create and review Pareto charts to drive improvements.
• Perform line support: material replenishment, in-process inspections, and part/equipment changeovers.
• Configure auto baggers and printers for new orders.
• Submit Safety Observations and continuous improvement ideas via the Ideas Program.
• Take on additional duties as needed.

Shifts

1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts are available. A shift differential of $1.25/hour applies to 2nd and 3rd shifts.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of small-parts assembly experience.
• 1 year of crimping and gluing experience.
• 1 year performing material replenishment tasks.
• 1 year conducting in-process inspections.
• 1 year executing changeovers for parts and equipment.
• 1 year setting up auto baggers and printers for new orders.

You should be proficient in: High School/GED; assembly.
