Your impact in the shop

  • Repair heavy equipment with safety-first habits
  • Use laptops/tablets with ease to create, assign, and track work orders
  • Diagnose and service complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across customer and rental fleets, exercising independent judgment
  • Mentor less-experienced technicians when needed
  • Keep detailed daily documentation of all work performed
  • Support parts runs and equipment pick-up/delivery
  • Apply OSHA knowledge (preferred)
  • Engage in company-provided OEM training all year long
  • Jump in on other duties as assigned

Required skills & abilities

  • Personal set of tools appropriate to the position
  • Advanced mechanical aptitude and strong tool knowledge
  • Extensive construction equipment know-how; fluency in schematics and diagrams
  • Top-tier communication, teamwork, and customer service

Education & experience

  • High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred
  • Experience in field service, maintenance, and repair preferred

Physical demands

  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and move freely throughout the day
  • Lift as much as 50 pounds when needed
