We are a fast-growing insurance agency serving individuals and families in Virginia Beach and throughout Virginia with life, health, and retirement insurance solutions. We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in the insurance industry. Prior licensing is not required; guidance will be provided throughout the licensing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Present and recommend insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions
• Provide ongoing support and maintain positive client relationships
• Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients; training is provided
• Stay current with applicable industry standards and compliance requirements
