Shifts & pay
- 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings
- Starting pay: $18.00/hr based on experience
- Flexibility to support 12-hour shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Full-time, temp-to-hire with clear paths to advance
A day in the life
Your shift begins with equipment checks, line setup, and a quick handoff with the previous crew. From there, you’ll:
- Operate and monitor multiple machines in a fast-paced textile production environment
- Handle performing tie-out & end count change to keep lines running smoothly
- Enter production and quality data into computer systems accurately and on time
- Apply knowledge of using a digital refractometer to verify solution specifications
- Complete basic preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Inspect parts/products and immediately flag any non-conformance to supervision
- Consistently meet volume targets while protecting quality standards
What you bring
- 2+ years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred)
- Clear, reliable verbal and written communication
- Comfort standing and moving for 8+ hours per shift
- Reliability and a safety-first mindset
