Work Arrangement: Remote position (role to be performed from Greece)

Our client is recruiting French-speaking Customer Service Agents for a remote customer support role. The position is open to entry-level candidates and requires relocation to Greece prior to employment commencement.
Provide customer support in French via telephone, email, and online communication channels
Handle service requests and questions in accordance with defined guidelines
Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
Accurately document cases and actions taken in internal systems
Adhere to service level agreements and quality requirements
Escalate matters when resolution cannot be achieved at first contact
Fluent spoken and written French
Good working knowledge of English (level B2)
Previous customer support experience is not required
Comfortable working with computer-based tools and systems
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to perform duties independently in a remote setting
Willingness to relocate and reside in Greece
