Junior Growth Marketing Specialist (AI-Native, Remote)

We are seeking a sharp, curious, self-driven Junior Growth Marketing Specialist based in Manila, Philippines. We do not prioritize résumé pedigree, years of experience, or alma mater; the primary criterion is the ability to independently solve problems and produce high-quality work. You will work directly with the CEO to build and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, using AI tools as an augmenting capability rather than a replacement for sound judgment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Research marketing channels, identify effective approaches, and develop repeatable playbooks suited to our target market.
  • Produce high-quality marketing content, including blog articles, comparison pages, landing pages, and email sequences.
  • Use AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and others daily, applying personal judgment to refine and direct outputs.
  • Fact-check AI-generated content, verify claims, and convert rough drafts into clear, production-ready English suitable for Philippine and international audiences.
  • Work with performance data: track what is effective, iterate on successful tactics, and discontinue ineffective efforts.
  • Manage time and priorities independently, maintaining high standards and responding to direct feedback from the CEO.

  • Rapid learner: able to acquire new skills and resolve problems without detailed instruction.
  • Sound judgment: able to distinguish high-quality work from low-quality or AI-generated output.
  • Accuracy: verifies claims, identifies weak reasoning, and prevents factual errors from reaching publication.
  • Creativity: able to combine ideas and move beyond templates to produce original approaches.
  • Self-reliance: proactively seeks solutions (e.g., through documentation, tutorials, or AI assistance) rather than waiting for direction.
  • Adaptability: comfortable adopting new tools, handling ambiguity, and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Strong written English: clear and precise written communication is required; spoken English need not be perfect.

Work context and expectations:

  • This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership and requires a high degree of autonomy and ownership.
  • Daily use of AI-assisted writing and development tools is expected, with a commitment to rigorous review and quality control.
