Seasonal Warehouse Associate – Holiday Distribution | $19.00/hour
Location: 10500 Lackman Road, Lenexa, KS 66219
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift
Shift options: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM (up to 3:30 PM during peak season) OR 6:15 AM–2:45 PM (up to 4:15 PM during peak season)
Join Impact Workforce Solutions for the holiday rush! We are hiring dependable, motivated Seasonal Warehouse Associates to help process merchandise for online orders and retail stores. Earn $19/hour, stay active, and gain hands-on distribution center experience. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, not required.
What you will do
- Receive, inspect, sort, and route cartons and merchandise.
- Pick, pack, label, scan, weigh, and prepare items for shipment.
- Load, unload, and move cartons manually or using basic warehouse equipment.
- Record quantities, conditions, and discrepancies in inventory systems.
- Check merchandise for damage and accuracy; follow established procedures.
- Help maintain safe, efficient warehouse operations and support other assigned tasks.
What you bring
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand written and verbal instructions and communicate clearly in English for job duties.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Willingness to learn handheld scanners, warehouse equipment, and inventory systems.
- Ability to frequently lift 0–30 lbs. and occasionally lift 30–75 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Six months of warehouse or related experience is preferred, not required.
- Availability for the assigned Monday–Friday shift and possible peak-season extensions.
