In this position you will support clients throughout their travel planning journey by providing exceptional service, timely communication, and personalized assistance. You will act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from inquiry through post-travel follow-up.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online platforms to assist with travel inquiries.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations, transportation, and related services.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, travel options, and company or supplier policies.
• Maintain organized client records and documentation.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
