You’ll lead a high-performing maintenance function inside state-of-the-art facilities for the world’s largest home furnishings manufacturer.

A day in the life

You start your morning reviewing overnight CMMS data, prioritizing critical work orders, and aligning your supervisors across multiple shifts. On the floor, you coach technicians through complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic diagnostics. By midday, you’re collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering and Distribution partners to get to root causes, optimize uptime on material handling equipment, and refine standard work. In the afternoon, you tune preventive and predictive maintenance plans, reconcile spare parts inventory, and confer with vendors to keep cost and lead times in check. Safety, compliance, and continuous improvement are the thread through it all.
