Job Responsibilities
- Speak with clients by phone or virtual appointment regarding life insurance options
- Understand each client’s needs, budget, and financial goals
- Recommend coverage options that fit their situation
- Assist clients through the application process
- Follow up with clients and provide ongoing support
- Build your own pipeline through referrals, networking, or social media outreach
Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor position
- Commission-based pay with uncapped earning potential

Lead Options
Agents may choose to:
- Purchase leads through approved lead vendors
- Generate their own leads through social media, referrals, and personal marketing efforts
Lead generation guidance and support are provided.
