Location: New Orleans, LA (full‑time W2 Class A CDL Driver positions)

10‑4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers for OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets based in New Orleans, LA. Assignments operate primarily east of I‑35 and provide steady freight, reliable home time, and a competitive pay and benefits package. Modern equipment is provided and core benefits begin on day one. Both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates are considered; a paid training program is available for qualified graduates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

• Compensation: Earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week. Exact pay depends on experience and route. Payroll by direct deposit every Friday.
• Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week program for new graduates who meet the training hours requirement (minimum 120 hours).
• Bonuses: Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.
• Home time: Weekly or every two weeks depending on fleet assignment.
• Equipment: Late‑model 2024 or 2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors assigned.

Typical duties

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.

• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members.
• Conduct daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates accepted if they have at least 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record and demonstrated safety focus.
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
