Regional Class A Company Truck Driver

10-4 Logistics USA is hiring full‑time W2 Class A CDL drivers based in Hammond, LA. Opportunities are available across OTR, Regional, and Dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I‑35. We provide steady freight, reliable home time, modern tractors, and a comprehensive pay and benefits package with coverage beginning on day one. We hire experienced drivers and also recent CDL school graduates through a paid training program for qualified candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction.

Typical day on the job

• Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company rules
• Haul no‑touch dry van freight, approximately 70% drop and hook, for major customers across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments
• Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs
• Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and team members
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections

Who we are looking for

• Valid Class A CDL
• Experienced drivers are welcome; new graduates with at least 120 hours of instruction may qualify for paid training
• Satisfactory driving record and strong focus on safety
• Able to pass DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test
