In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
• Oversee construction site operations including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control measures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify work aligns with design specifications.
• Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and other tools to track progress and update schedules.
• Supervise field personnel and subcontractors; provide guidance on safety procedures and best practices.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Monitor project budgets and assist in cost estimating; review contracts to confirm scope adherence.
• Implement project scheduling strategies using Primavera P6 or similar software to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, incident logs, change orders, and inspection records.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising large-scale projects.
• Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading and schematics.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, budgeting, and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of contracts management and construction estimating processes.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols; ability to enforce safety standards on-site.
• Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in a fast-paced environment; excellent management capabilities.
• Technical skills including use of an ohmmeter for electrical inspections are a plus.
