About the role

Start your driving career with a role built for new CDL A holders. 365 Freight USA is hiring recent graduates and newly licensed CDL A drivers for a paid 4–6 week mentor training program. You’ll ride and work alongside an experienced driver, learn the day-to-day flow of professional trucking, and then transition into solo driving. After training, drivers can earn $1600–$1800 weekly with full benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Complete a 4–6 week paid mentor training period that includes learning day-to-day driving routines, working with an experienced driver, and preparing to transition into solo driving.
• Drive with your mentor while assisting with pickups and deliveries and learning how to manage loads safely and efficiently.
• Follow safe driving practices, complete required checks, and build good habits for professional over-the-road operations.
• Gain hands-on experience with trip flow, communication, and decision-making as you grow from a recent graduate into an independent driver.

• Safety-first mindset: Follow DOT requirements, company procedures, and safe driving practices at all times.
• Reliability: Show up ready to work, stay on schedule, and handle responsibilities consistently during training and after going solo.
• Coachability: Be open to feedback from your mentor and willing to learn through real-time instruction on the road.
• Strong communication: Stay in contact with your mentor and dispatch, ask questions when needed, and communicate clearly about deliveries and trip progress.
• Professional conduct: Represent the company well, stay focused, and maintain a professional attitude during pickups, deliveries, and daily operations.

What you'll need

• Required: Valid CDL A, graduation from an accredited school, and a clean MVR.
• Ability to pass DOT requirements.
• No prior experience needed. This role is designed for recent graduates and new drivers starting their professional driving career.
