Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

York Employment is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with 3 to 4 years of customer service experience to join a growing aerospace manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, researching returns, and providing exceptional support to customers. Experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain and update customer information and order records
• Research and resolve customer inquiries, returns, and discrepancies
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipments, and product information
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Perform data entry and maintain organized records
• Provide professional and courteous customer support via phone and email
• Assist with additional administrative and customer service duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of customer service experience required
• Aerospace and/or manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Strong data entry and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and research skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems is a plus
